Initial Pilot run over 3 months
2 workshop with internal stakeholders (front-line staff, line staff, head office staff)
The participants worked together to find new ways to improve the use of the underground network.
Transfer co-creation skills to the internal team in charge of the project
The results:
New system to help the customer evaluate journey time and find best means of transport (after arrival at a hub)
